• Unfair Tech reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of misuse, fraud, abuse, excessive chargebacks, or violations of these Terms.

2. Digital Products & Services

Access to digital products, subscriptions, services, or accounts is provided after successful payment and activation. Access permissions, device limitations, and service availability may vary depending on the specific product purchased.

• Product features, service availability, and pricing may change or be discontinued at any time without prior notice.
• Sharing accounts, reselling access, or unauthorized distribution of purchased products or services is strictly prohibited.
• Unfair Tech is not responsible for third-party intellectual property claims arising from improper or unlawful user activity.

3. Purchases and Payments

• All prices are displayed in EUR unless stated otherwise.
• Users are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.
• Unfair Tech reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.
• Fraudulent transactions, unauthorized payments, or chargebacks may result in immediate account termination.

4. Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy (Argentina)

Digital Products: Due to the intangible and immediately accessible nature of digital products, once delivery or access has been granted, refunds or cancellations are not applicable except where mandatory under Argentine law.

By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge immediate delivery and waive any right to withdraw once access to the digital content has been provided.

Any legally approved refund will be subject to a 7.2% processing fee for PayPal, credit/debit card, and cryptocurrency payments.

Physical Products: Customers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 10 calendar days from receipt of the product.

• Products must be unused, undamaged, complete, and returned in original packaging.
• Prior authorization is required before returning any item. Contact admin@unfair.cc.
• Return shipping costs, customs fees, and import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection and are subject to a 7.2% processing fee.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

• Refunds are not available for digital products that have already been delivered or accessed.
• Orders for undelivered products or services may be canceled before activation or shipment.
• Temporary service interruptions do not guarantee compensation unless explicitly stated.
