Refund Policy

Unfair Tech reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at its sole discretion. As our catalog consists of digital products, subscriptions, accounts, licenses, and online services, refunds cannot be provided for products that have already been delivered, activated, accessed, downloaded, or used. Customers are responsible for ensuring that a product or service meets their requirements before completing a purchase.

Refunds will not be granted for partially used subscriptions, digital licenses, accounts, or services. By completing a transaction, you acknowledge that digital products and services cannot be physically returned once delivery or activation has begun.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility is limited to situations where the purchased digital product or service has not yet been delivered or activated. Once a license key has been issued, an account has been provisioned, or access credentials have been delivered through email or the customer portal, the transaction is considered final and non-refundable.

2. Order Cancellation and Processing

Customers may request an order cancellation only if delivery or activation has not yet started. Unfair Tech reserves the right to deny requests for compensation related to temporary service interruptions, maintenance periods, or requests to pause active subscriptions, accounts, or digital licenses. All products and services are provided on an "as is" basis, and temporary service interruptions do not constitute grounds for refunds, extensions, or credits unless otherwise required by law.

3. Dispute Resolution

Customers agree to contact Unfair Tech support and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve any technical, billing, or delivery-related concerns before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or claim with their payment provider. Unauthorized or fraudulent disputes may result in the suspension or permanent termination of account access and future purchasing privileges.
