1. Data Collection and Technical Identifiers

We collect information strictly necessary for the secure provision of our services. This includes:

• Account Credentials: Email addresses and usernames provided during the registration process.
• Transaction Records: Historical data pertaining to purchases and billing cycles.
• Technical Metadata: Unique Hardware Identification (HWID), IP addresses, and device specifications. These are collected for the purpose of preventing unauthorized account distribution and ensuring license compliance.

2. Purpose of Data Processing

Information collected is utilized to facilitate account management, verify payment authenticity, and provide technical assistance. Furthermore, technical identifiers are employed to enforce our "one-computer-per-license" policy. Unfair Tech explicitly warrants that personal data is not sold, leased, or traded to third-party entities for marketing purposes.

Unfair Tech implements industry-standard encryption and security protocols to safeguard your data against unauthorized access or disclosure. However, no digital storage method is entirely infallible. We share data with third-party payment processors only to the extent necessary to complete transactions. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our intellectual property rights.

4. User Rights and Data Retention

Users may request a summary of their stored data or the deletion of their account information. Please be advised that the deletion of certain technical identifiers (such as HWID) will result in the immediate and permanent termination of all active software licenses without eligibility for a refund. We retain data for the duration of the account's active lifecycle or as required for legal and accounting compliance.
